Hi all,

Was in the middle of a game of Modern Warfare earlier today when my PC completely froze. Manually turned it off as it sat there for 5mins+ doing nothing and displaying the same picture on the screen. When I turned the PC back on, no display via the monitor, keyboard/mouse also showing no power and unable to use but all fans/lights came on inside the base unit and the Motherboard was showing code 04.

I've had a bit of a search and found mixed results. I recently swapped the memory out which was Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb DDD4 3200mhz for Corsair Vengeance 2x8gb DDD4 3200mhz which worked instantly and have had no problems since installing. I have tried to do a BIOS flashback via USB only as no access to keyboard/mouse and they doesn't seem to have taken either.

Any ideas would be very much welcomed.... Specs below... Thanks

Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz (Skylake) Socket LGA1151 Processor

Corsair RM Series RMi 850 '80+ Gold' 850W Modular Power Supply (CP-9020083-UK)
Microsoft Windows 10 64-Bit
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz Dual Channel

Try turn off "fast start-up" in power options.
I can't even get a signal onto my monitor or any power to keyboard and mouse. I've taken the GPU out and tried to use the onboard graphics via the HDMI port built into the MOBO but nothing comes through.... I've read up quite a bit and it all seems to point to the CPU. I've disconnected everything, taken the RAM out and still getting the same errors with only the MOBO and CPU connected to the PSU.
