Asus Maximus voltage

Hi all slight problem....

Am I been really dumb or is there not a way to be able to change CPU voltage on the Asus maximus board? I've read guides a d there's meant to be a fully manual mode?

It's near the bottom, there's definitely a manual mode.
You have to switch it to manual mode.
