Hi guys,
Big dilemma. Need a new router. I can get both of the above for a very good price (under £85).
Which you would buy?
http://www.netgear.co.uk/home/products/networking/wifi-routers/R6250.aspx
http://www.asus.com/Networking/RTN66U/
Some key points:
- Want to share a single USB 2.0 Hard Drive over the network
- Only one AC device on the network (MPBr 13) that I'm aware off.
- House is 3 bed semi with brick/old school construction
- Total devices are listed below if it makes a difference:
The main differences I can spot is that one has 2 USB 2.0 vs 1 USB 3.0 and N 450+450 vs AC 300+1300. I know the N66U is good by all the posts on here, but not sure on the Netgear and signal strength etc.
Thanks for all replies in advances.
Regards
Ash
