ASUS P5 series

Looking for a Intel 35 based board, spotted the ASUS P5K E but I don't need Wifi, so if I buy a cheaper model (ASUS P5KC) do I only lose that?

Will be overclocking a E8400, need one IDE channel.

I'm going to get the Asus P5K Pro. I think the only difference is no Wifi, no Raid, and no eSATA. Don't need Wifi or Raid and my case has an eSATA connector for one of the internal ports so that's ok too.
