Asus P5B Deluxe (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Hi All I have just recieved my new 'Asus P5B Deluxe (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard' & Corsair Memory etc from OcUk ,and all is A1! now what i want to know is regarding fitting the memory ,which of the 4 Memory slots should i use on the board ? I have 2G of memory 'Corsair' this model :

I personally use the Yellow slots.

aslong as you use 2 of the same colour it wont make a difference

thanks a lot for the replies ,also should this motherboard work out of the box ? or will i need to update anything ? and i have a C2D E6600 CPU will i need to change anything in the bios or will it just pick it up ? :confused:

should be fine, but when you have it all working you should update the BIOS as a precaution.
