Asus P5K-E Q6600 Overclocking

Hey all,I have never overclocked a system before so i thought i'd make a post and ask for some advice.

My system Is

Asus P5K-E
Intel Q6600 Slacr
OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Gold Series DDR2 5-5-5-18
Xigma HDT-S1283 Cooler

Bascially i'm a complete n00b when it comes to overclocking and any help to point me in the right direction would be very much appreciated

I heard u can get a Q6600 up to 3.6 in some cases 4.0

All my settings are default at the mo

The overclock you can get depends on your Q6600 and the cooling you have... in general 3.2ghz is a given, 3.6ghz can be got to 50% of the time with good cooling and a reasonable Q6600, 4ghz less than 1% of Q6600 can maintain that speed 24/7, primestable and requires so heavy duty cooling

for prime testing 6-6-6-23

and then tighten them up again once your CPU is stable

I got it running at 3.2 ghz with temp of 50c do u think i could go higher?

but in cpu-z my memory dram freq is showing at 400.0mhz is that correct?

How do i tighten the ram up?

Should i set the voltage on the memory to its stated 2.1v
