I fried my ASUS P5K Premium board and I'm looking for an identical one so I don't have to reinstall the OS. The question is this - the ASUS site only mentions the Black Pearl 'third generation' board, but mine is not this version.
If I get that one, will it be recognised as the exact same type? If not, I'm not sure what the other two versions are. I mean the third is the Black Pearl of course, but if that is the third, then mine is one of the other two. Information about which of the two I have is rather sparse.
Can anyone offer any solutions? Thanks.
