Just got this board - Asus p5ld2-vm but its got a major problem.

Board powered up (green led iluminated), HS fan started, hard disk started to spin, HHD and power leds lit, sounded like first stages of POST occured but no graphic output at all :(
Not just a blank screen - screen wouldn't wake. Tryed both my 850xt and the onboard graphics no joy - any ideas?

or is it dead :(

Try re-seating CPU and RAM etc..

Also reset the BIOS - Take the battery out etc... for around 10 seconds and then plug back in.

Reseated Ram and CPU already, but am going to try bios reset tonight.

I'll try using just a single stick of ram as well just for good measure.

thanks for your comments Virdi

Double check you have the 4pin +12v block next to the CPU connected too, symptoms of it not being connected are what you describe.

It was connected, but thanks for the input Tetras.
Trying the bios reset tonight/this weekend (been to busy this week) and will make doubly sure four pin is secure.
