Asus P5N32-E SLI Plus + CPU FAN

Alright guys, ive had my new computer for couple of months now... i did buy an AC7 Pro.. but it did not fit on my motherboard. so ive stuck with the intel cooler but im not happy seeing the AC7 Pro in the box alone, is there anyone whos had issues with my mobo and that cooler if so is there anything i need to do, to make it fit? because i found that the RMA's blocked it im not confident messing around with my computer so i left it at that, id be greatful if someone can post telling me there exspirences and what they did etc.. plus any images of the CPU installed on this board..

the AC7 does fit i found you need to remove the fan first secure the pins then fit the fan last.

Yes as kerrgreg said take your fan off and try it i had same problem with my asus p5ne were the ac7 actually sits on the heat sink on the board but i only have this board for one more day then i get my gigabyte had enough of asus now.
