Asus P5W DH Deluxe WiFi: whats the sound like?

Just a question, whats the onboard sound like? On asus' website it goes on about dolby digital blah blah, just wondered what it really sounded like, to those who have one

Compareable to major soundcards, or is it just another "it will do" onboard sound?

Also, whats the software like for it?

Well its Realtek ALC882. I can say that the 882(M?) on my P5LD2-VM is pretty good, its comparable to an Audigy 1. Reviews seem to place it around Audigy1/2 level aswell.

Some rumours have been floating about that MSI are releasing a board with X-Fi on it. Not sure how reliable these rumours are though.

The last standalone card i had was a sb live, it sounds as good as that and thats good enough for me and my games.
