Asus p6t deluxe v2 build problem.

hey guys i moved my computer set-up into a new case all went fine but when i noticed there was a faint flickering on desktop and worse in games it kind of looks like screen tear i tried 2 monitors and 3 different wires still the same, then i tried another graphics card, still the same, then ram, still the same

i'm getting a replacement motherboard tommrow but what i really want to know is could it really possibly be the motherboard any ideas?
