Can get my i7 920 overclocked on my P6T to 3.8 on stock / auto everything bar the BCLK and DRAM Frequency.

However no matter what cant get it to go over 4.0 no matter voltage settings ect. Its like it hits a brick wall as soon as memory gets to 1603 mhz or over it wont play ball.

The fact it can sit all day long at stock settings running at 3.8 means to me that there must be a bit of room still to play with.

Also how do you get the 21 divider. Tried everything but cant get it to show.

Enable speed step. If you manually set the cpu multiplier Turbo mode and speedstep disappear in the BIOS. Turbo mode works, in effect at least, to the opposite of speedstep, overclocking the CPU underload.
