Hi

I am wondering if anyone can tell me what the range is like on the bluetooth on these boards?

My only real use (but its a big one) of this is for using the wii emulator.

the wiimotes use bluetooth.

my mate has onboard bluetooth on his motherboard however he keeps losing sync with the controller due to it being a little far away from the pc when he is playing.

whilst my better half owns a wii, i quite fancy having a bit of wii action in my games room, not only that all the games run in hi def.

its an aside from the point of my post but you should check it out

(you should own any games you use on an emulator!)

no idea on the range... but I had issues so plugged a usb extension cable into the pc and moved the BT receiver closer and that solved it for me

Now I need to get on the dolphin.. :)

actually I dont think I read your 1st post properly...and guessed you were using a bt usb dongle.
my asus rampage mobo does have a little bt card that slots into the mobo, not a usb dongle, so my idea may not be the best for u ?
I am thinking of gettin 1 for a sandybridge build though, but dont see why not to buy the micro atx model thats cheaper
