i wonder if anyone can help me with this.

I have had no problems with this Mobo until recently when my rajintek Water cooler leaked.

anyway the failed cpu cooler and the blown psu have been sorted .

But my Mobo ever since will not boot straight to windows, i get an error saying.

"chassis intruded fatal error system halted"

Now i have searched google for all the help i can but nothing works.

my case has no chassis intruder in it , my mobo has no chassis intruder pins.
the Bios has no settings to turn the warning off.
ive set it to ignore the fan speeds.

i reset the cmos and the reset pins.

i can not think of anything else, ive been trying for a week.

Could the cmos battery need replacing ? i can not think of anything else.

its a pain to have to go into bios everytime to restart the pc and get to desktop.

Thanks in advance if anyone has any ideas :)

Updating the bios could work I guess?
I heard that you can send back whatever got damaged by water from a Rajintek product but I am not sure about it.

Yes what you say is true now that OCuk are dealing with damaged components caused by the water leak from the cooler.

i just didnt want to send it back if there was a way to fix it, but i may have no choice as i cant find a fix.

Ok guys well im looking at getting a new mobo.

But my question is this, what would be the best mobo upgrade keeping the same 1150 socket.

i currently have an i5 2500k, so this would be compatible with the new mobo. i may even upgrade to an i7 if its worth it.
