I've had issues with this board from day one. I RMA'd it back to the etailer I bought it from soon after getting it as I couldn't get it to boot with memory modules in the first two slots, closest to the CPU. It boots and works fine with memory modules in the other two.

I've 3 different modules and brands in the first two slots and no joy, the board just keeps rebooting itself and never actually getting to the BIOS even.

So, any ideas what it could be? I'm going to try flashing the BIOS to see if that helps.

What was the response from the etailer ? This can be caused by either a bent cpu pin, over titghtened aftermarket cooler, faulty memory controller or motherboard.
