I am thinking about getting one of these (second hand).

I didnt want to spend a lot, its for a dual monitor set up. I currently have a Asus 1080p (VC279) and it'll be paired with that.

Or should I get something new, but that would likely have to be a low end 1080. Budget £150 to £175.

How much are you getting it for second hand? Seems like a decent 1440p monitor if you are happy with a 60hz refresh rate on a new screen. What specs is your computer?

It's a new build. Mainly for general use, including video and photo editing, some gaming. Currently have a good deal on order for a ryzen 7 3800x but not building for at least a week or two - so holding out for the new gen Ryzen. GPU will be 1660 Super or something second hand around £250. 32gb ram, decent mobo.

The Asus PB279QR monitor is £130 in perfect condition.

Well. Went for it. Picked it up now and it's very nice and as new, so a decent deal I think.

Ah, sorry went to bed before i saw your reply. Probably a perfect fit with that graphics card to be fair for 1440p 60hz gaming. Hope you enjoy.
