Hi all,
Just got into building my own PC  and i am very stuck on the best ram available for my build.
So far i have a P4 3.6, Phantom 500, Asus PC4 800 deluxe M/B.
I have been looking for the last 2 weeks to find the most suited Ram for this M/B,and lo and behold i am still looking
I have been advised on a few brands ( Corsair and OCZ) but they never told me the percific type, Arrrrrgggggggghhhhh
So pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaassssssseeeeeeee anyone can you HELP!!

Many Thanks

Thanks for the speedy reply, i clicked on the 1st link and it showed the P4P 800 with the 865PE chipset, mine is the PC4 800 with the 875P MCH and it did not even show up on the Asus site..... OMG ;)
I tried the 2nd link and only got this message: <embed src
I dont quite understand what that means.

Thanks again.

I had OCZ 2x 1gb working fine in my asus p4c800e deluxe.
most memory will work no problems on p4c800
apart from cheap stuff.

asus Qualified Vendor List is out of date
as they dont update a memory sheet
since the board is over 2 years old
and no longer made.

I ran GeIL 2GB (4x512MB) PC3200 with no problems at all.

I did however try x2 1gig of Crucial Ballistix and had nothing but problems on my P4c800-e Delux.

I used ocz gold (2*512) pc4000, 2*512 twinmoss value pc4000 and 2*1gb gskill hz pc4000 with no probs at stock or overclocked on my old p4c800e dlx.
