Hi all,

I am looking at picking up a Asus PG279Q however I am worried about the reviews online. I hear it's like a lottery for these so where would I stand on ordering one and returning until I get one I think is 100%

If I purchase online and collect from the store can I return the monitor to Overclockers within 28 days for any reason I am unhappy with, whether it be Bright Spots, Back Light Bleed, Dead Pixels, My Girlfriend doesn't like the colour?

Then do I get 28 days from the last return or the purchase date?

It's a lot to spend on a screen, so really need piece of mind about the returns process, prefer have the return game with Overclockers than RMA.

Thanks

Matt

Yea, as long as the purchase was carried out online, even if you collect in person, the goods are covered by consumer contract regulations (formerly distance selling regulations). However you should be aware that ccr changed some of the rules to slightly favour/protect the seller (imo quite rightly, for the most part) main one being the seller can charge a restocking fee (can't remember if that is the correct term) if the product isn't actually faulty - i.e. You return for cosmetic reasons or because your gf doesn't like the colour etc. But yes, you can return it for whatever reason you wish.
