Hey guys so i've had this monitor since it first came out and i'm still in warranty it's just latley i've been having some issues with it.

I turned it on about 3 days ago and all of a sudden i have a dead pixel on my screen out of no where. Also G-Sync doesn't seem to want to work in some games.

I've added one of the games i'm having issues with to the nvidia control panel. But games like Rainbow six siege i seem to be having issues with and others not so much.

Does this mean my monitor is faulty or does it simply not like some of the games.

The problem is i'm worried about RMA the monitor because i've heard horror stories about Asus RMA process and want my monitor back in time for the Destiny 2 launch on PC.

Any advice would be great.

Just a update, The delivery driver gave me the new monitor from asus and the actual unit come through damaged.

The box was dripping wet and all damaged and the monitor inside was scratched and also damaged. With ZERO protection on the inside of the box no bubble wrap or anything.

Only got a couple of pictures and sent them to Asus but the delivery driver got fed up waiting for me to take my pictures and took the monitor and left.

Responded to Asus i just HOPE the new one i get isn't the same. So far this sucks i'm sure Asus didn't intentionally send one out in that condition thinking it's acceptable.

The HDMI port on mine has stopped working, not sure if I should go through who I bought it from or contact Asus directly.
