Asus PG42UQ alternatives?

Popped into the generic high street technology shop today, looking to test out new peripherals for my 7 year old daughters first build, and spotted the Samsung 32" Odyssey G8 and was totally blown away by the image quality. It's just too small for me.

I have the PG42UQ which is the best monitor I've owned, but wouldn't mind something a bit smaller (38") I'd love the G8 if it was bigger but the next size up goes ultra wide, curved and 1440p resolution which I don't want.

Can you guys recommend something like the 32" G8 but with a 38" screen?

Sadly there are no 4k 38" OLED monitors, so you would need to go either 42" again or 32".

Is there anything monitor specific at 42 or are you looking at TV"s?

You are looking at TV'S at that size really something like a LG C5 42" or maybe this ?
