Asus PK5 Help?

Plz help i have just got this board. Went to update bios threw the comp and it failed saying not able to verify. Now when i start comp it just goes in a continuos loop and won't start. Not even getting to the bios screen. Is it goosed or can i save it. ? At the minute i have took out cmos battery will this help? Other options welcome?

It's called a cyclic reboot. Hold down the "bios entry" button and see if you can reset the bios, oh and by the way the P5K thread is above this thread. You might have better luck there.
