Bit of a weird situation trying to overclock my Ryzen 1600 on Prime B350 Plus. Basically in BIOS I have a Vcore offset of +0.15v but it doesn't seem to actually apply the target voltage in Windows (irrespective of load), monitoring with HWInfo64 it stays around 1.2v and my PC freezes up under Prime95.

If I apply a voltage change using Ryzen Master, then it works fine.

Any ideas? I'm running the latest BIOS, released this month. Are there some other settings I need to apply in BIOS to get Offset to work?
