ASUS Q-Fan On or Off?

As title says. Should I have this feature on. My CPU is overclocked but I was wondering, will it lower my cpu fan to be quite or will it rasie it as now its overclocked. it will in theory be running hotter and require the faster fan speed to be a cooler temp.

Not 100% on this feature.

it won't raise the speed as it will already be running at 100% while q-fan is disabled. fans obviously have their limits so you wouldn't be able to safely increase the speed just because you are overclocking. i imagine it will slow the fans down depending on temperature/cpu load.
