no, its socket 1366 so only take i7 9 series cpu's

Unfortunately not.
It's a s1366 X58 motherboard, so it will only support 900 series i7 CPUs.

It doesn't mention any Xeons on the Ramapage III Extreme CPU Support Page. However, it is likely that the W3500 series Xeons will work as they are basically just re-badged i7 900 series chips.
