Asus Rampage IV Formula - weird boot issues?

Hey all

Just built a new rig with 4930k and an ASUS Rampage IV Formula. I have had the RIVE before and it was a dream but it wouldn't fit in this HAF XB case

I seem to have a weird problem where after a restart the system just hangs on the Windows loading screen. Only once I pull the kettle lead and ALL USB devices does it load. The initial ROG boot screen takes a while also

Has anyone had experience of this? Any suggestions? It is bloody annoying tbh!!

That sounds like clock gen on the board. Not a fault as such though just a setting thats out.

Are you clocking??

You on the latest Beta bios for the formula?? as the Bios for RIVE is now at benching level so I am sure the Formula will not be too far behind. Infact I have seen some great results on the Formula to be honest.

I am on the 4403 bios.

I am also overclocking the board to 4.5GHz at 1.275VCore. I am sure I could bring the VCore down. I used a guide to set PLL etc etc

So, what settings do I need to change?
 
Clock gen filter 20uf.

Also try no overclock just to make sure its the clock causing the problems.
