ASUS Rate My Gear Help

I purchased an ASUS 3060 Ti and was hoping to get a £25 cashback from the "Rate My Gear" promotion ( https://www.asus.com/uk/campaign/RateMyGear/ ).

However, while the model I bought (DUAL-RTX3060TI-O8G-V2) is in the eligible products list, it doesn't appear in the list on the form. When I contacted ASUS support I was directed to email [email protected], which I did 2 weeks ago but I've had no reply other than automated ones.

The promotion closes at the end of this month so time is not on my side.

I'd be grateful for any advice.
 
Yeah, Asus are terrible CS wise. Asrock have the best contact, they reply by email within a couple of days at most and go out of their way to ask the Taiwan base any questions they cannot answer.
 
Does anyone know how long ocuk take to publish product reviews? I submitted one earlier but didn't see anything about moderation period.

If you have not already, dont forget to sign up with ASUS and register your Product with them.
Its in the terms and conditions of "rate my Gear" of one of the things you "MUST" do to be able to claim.
