Hi, well i'v been tweaking my TeamGroup 2133MHz 11.11.11.31.2t > 1.650V Ram stock settings using RealBench for testing new settings at 4.6GHz this afternoon. So l started from 1600:9-9-9-24-2t stock
best timings 8-9-9-22-1t passing RealBench then at 1866MHz:11-11-11-31-2t stock again best timings 10-11-11-30-1t 1.650v again passing RealBench.

Till l reached my rated speed of 2133MHz 11-11-11-31-1t 1.650v best timings were 10-12-11-30-1t, to my surprize l bettered my RealBench score of 75311 at 4.7GHz>12.12.12.31.2T with 75604 score but
at 4.6GHZ>10.12.11.30.1t 1.650v can't be bad.




So as you can see apart from TeamGroup memory being good value for your money they can run slighly better timings and while l'm writing this my memory is running at 2400MHz 11-13-13-35-2t
at 1.650v stock settings overclocked.

Will give these settings a try tomorrow to see how they perform in RealBench, as l'v been at it for a good while time for a beer.

Good gain from the ram tweaking. Currently working on getting my vulcans running a bit better at 2600mhz. 2T works ok but running into issues with 1T.

2t might be it at that speed.

Thanks setter, what are your timings for 2600+volts, might give 2600 ago. lol when l have a few beers lol.:D
 
Been seeking 8 Packs help in the oc sub section. Been trying a few settings listed in my thread there. Dram voltage at 1.75. Kit im using is the vulcan red 8gb 2400mhz c10.
 
Latest run, cpu @4.5ghz. Ram at 2600mhz, 11-13-12-31, 1T.



Bit lower than my previous best of 82503. But on that run i was using 4300mhz uncore. Dropped it to stock for the time being while testing the ram.

Indeed, and there might be more in the tank yet. Need to work on secondary memory timings and get the cache back up to speed.

My first post for this benchmark.

i7 4770K at 4.3Ghz
290X at 1,110-1,450

I see there are others running a 4770K with a much higher Heavy Multitasking score. Any simple explanation for this?

Pleased with my score regardless.
 
^^^ okay thanks. Its just the heavy multitasking score, the rest look spot on compared to everyone else.

Memory is running at xmp profile which is 1600 9.9.9.27 2T.

Cache i think is the default multiplier of 39 so 3,900mhz, does that sound right?

I have been overclocking various setups for best part of 15 years and never have I encountered so many options as there is with Haswell.
