A quick google search seems to suggest its Graphics card driver related.
You running Nvidia?
I would suggest remove the drivers using the product from this link if so:

That link is from the official Nvidia forums, I have used it myself, works great.
The obviously reinstall the most modern ones you can.
Similar issues can happen on AMD systems apparently, but it can be a bit more complicated to fix.
