Okay need to RMA my card

Been looking around but can't seem to find out how the hell to go about it.

Does anyone have a link or an email to deal with Asus UK RMAs?

I am having a bit of a stress about this.

send it to OCuk, like i have with many a mobo, wait approx 2months, then be told board obselete, refund.
they still have one now i've been waiting for, for 5-6 weeks

I phoned up the number for laptop repairs, they sent me a form via email.

It took 6 weeks from me sending it to getting it back, definitely not buying Asus product again even if they are decent, means buying a new pc part if your one breaks , unless you can go 6 weeks without it!

Cheers for replies

Cant really do think as I got this card almost 3 years ago which was about a year before I started using overclockers.. I had no net connection at the time so i ordered it through my local shop with a full system upgrade. that local shop isnt so local to me anymore. friend still works there so i guess i could chase him up for some rma help..

have emailed asus about this and hope to get a reply soon although last time i mailed asus the response i got was hardly legable. all support must come through asia from what i can see.. im not really hopefull on even getting a reply as it took them weeks to last time.

i wouldnt mind but i paid a premium for asus. but have long sinse heard of the reality of using them.

fan hasnt spun at all in days now. no gaming and im well out of the top 100 on my cs:s server now... :(

has anyone got an email address for asus gfx card returns?

They offer 3 years on boxed retail cards usually. IF you can get them to talk to you however... i gave up in the end and took them to trading standards.

Was it Asus or the dealer that you took to trading standards? What happened when you did?

It worries me does this because I've just bought everything that is possible Asus for my PC
