Hello! I've just put my TF300 in for a RMA as it's possessed by the ghost of Andy Roid (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/65142/VIDEO0004.mp4) - and I was wondering how quick they are to have a turn around on the RMA process in the UK? Just I am off on my Christmas hols in little over 2 weeks, so I'd obviously want it for my long haul flight to the states.

Cheers!

Granted this is 3 year old info, so hopefully not the case at all, buy I heard it was useless!
So didn't even rma my laptop and lived with the crack in the casing.

2 weeks? Does anyone rma that quick even?

The only things *touch wood* that I've RMA'd in recent years has been RAM from Corsair, which were super efficient and sent it our prior to me sending it back... Apart from that I guess I'm spoilt by the efficiency of enterprise level SLAs on returns :)

I've been waiting 29 days +5 OCUK days so far for my sabertooth x58 mobo RMA. OcUK haven't heard anything back from ASUS as yet...

Avoid ASUS products in the future if you want top support.

I RMA'd a corsair PSU. They too sent the replacement prior to me sending the RMA unit.

No love in this house for ASUS products.

Sent a friends asus laptop for rma as there was a fault within a week of purchase. They didn't look at the laptop for 2 months until after the christmas sales finished.

They then said that specific laptop was out of stock and replaced with a downgraded laptop with a slower gpu with less gpu ram and an i5 processor instead of the i7. They only offered a £60 refund as opposed to 120-160 price difference that it actually was! Ended up getting a refund in the end which took another 28 days to process :@

They make nice products but have non-existent customer support. I'd avoid them in the future.

Anyway excuse the rant :P Bottom line is 2 weeks is doubtful.
