anyone got any asus rma info, or has anyone sent a motherboard back.
ive got a failed socket 478 board which is 2 years old in january 2007

Completely pants! Took them more than 6 weeks to RMA my old 775 Motherboard. Sent me one back which has issues so i need to send it back AGAIN and wait all over again! :mad:

when i rma'd a mobo back to them in november last year they were having problems because they are based in hemel where they had that explosion and they migrated to milton keyenes for over 6 months. i didnt get my mobo sent to them until end of january (warranty had run out by then) had to argue my case that it was in warranty when i contacted them. the guy i was dealing with agreed but then left i then had to argue my case again to the next guy. i then didnt get my mobo back until april because they mail it out the country to eastern europe to get it repaired. just use the contact details on their website and hope for the best.
