Asus RMA

Is it still under warranty? I would contact retailer and get them to sort it out, you will get something back sooner rather than doing it by yourself!
 
After 28 days it becomes a return to manufacturer, so if you RMA it to the retailer, they'll then send it back to Asus, but their support is absolutely dire when it comes to graphics cards so ive heard, thats why these guys won't stock their graphics cards.
 
sorry bu quick Question on Asus RMA, mobo are 3 years, and my CPU fan connector does not work, could i RMA that ? also do they do advance RMA?

as in send a replacement and pick up my one or they send and you send faulty one ?

Well, had a look on their site, and it says see your retailer :confused:

Apparently its covered for 3 years :eek:
