Has anyone done this with them? I've got a X800 pro VIVO thats been with me for about 2yrs now, just up and died during a game of CS:Source :( Haven't used the rig in awhile and decided to plug it up and update it etc.. grrr.. weeks just getting worse and worse! I've prolly not registered it, would'nt be able to find invoice etc.. If anyones done anything similar, a nudge in the right direction would be appreciated. I know its worth squat now but i'm fed up totally with just writing off hardware thats perfectly acceptable even now.
 
Registration or receipt shouldn't be an issue as they should know from the serial number how old it is. Have a look here for other peoples experiences with Asus support and how do it.
