Right, my mobo has been sent to Asus for 35 days now.
At first i got told it would be 28 'days', ive recently rung up once again and have been told its 28 'working days', its currently on its 24th/25th working day and still no news.
Tbh its just taking the p*** now.

How are asus normally with there warranty? Should it be 28 working days, or just 28 days. And does saturday class as a working day usually?

If i get to 28 days without hearing anything which should be next tuesday/wednesday, can i demand credit instead? As ive been told to mention trading standards etc.

Thanks in advance etc.

Saturday is not a working day. sorry that doesn't help much

True, but i just wondered as the computer shop i sometimes go to near me is open saturday and sunday.
Similiar to OCUK.

Well if nothing is said by wednesday im going to demand credit, if not ill contact trading standards :)

Yea 3 months seems ridiculous. I;m almost a third way there !

I remember seeing an offer from OcUk to replace any faulty components within the first two years from the date of purchase. Just could'nt remember which page was that.

I've seen quite a lot of folk get screwed around when RMA'ing stuff directly with Asus.

Sent to to the shop actually but as they dont make my mobo nor sell it in 9/10 places it had to be send back to ASUS, even worse in my case as i cant ring up to pester ASUS.

Tbh im hoping i can get some credit, £205 would be quite tasty right now ;)
