Hey guys,,

I bought this beast of a laptop from overclockers a few months ago..

It has worked great with using the internet. watching movies.. but i have been trying to tweak it for the past few weeks to see if my online fps can be improved. I am not sure what the fps should be but in old games like dod source, counterstrike source.. i get a max about 50-60 fps. Is that normal/?. I know its a laptop. But others have advised i should be getting over 100 fps.


Hopefully a few of you have advice. As i have tried recording videos and the fps drops to 20..

I just played dod again..and it sticks at 50 fps.. and when i move fast..i can feel and see it stutter and slow now.

Vsync, i have tried on and off.. But with a 980m card..i was thinking it run most games. I mean ive played this in the beginning with deus ex human revolution on max settings without any problem.
