i have several keys go dead on this keyboard.

i received this keyboard exactly a year ago today, i have tried the keyboard in another machine and the keys still don't work in the other machine and i am currently using my old keyboard that i saved as a spare should this happen, my questions are, has anyone else had this problem with this keyboard and does anyone know of a fix or is the keyboard a rightoff? i don't know the email for Overclockers support so i shall be ringing them on Monday morning to see what i do next.
