ASUS ROG MARS 760

Anyone here have one of these, been offered one for my 780 + cash from me. Looking at reviews it seems to be a better card.

I wouldn't , On paper yes its faster, but only when you're getting good SLI scaling, And its only a 2gb card in reality, If it were me i'd stick with the 780 and clock it up. However if this is for a second rig i can understand the temptation to get it and have a play as it is quite unique.

Your 780 and your cash for 2x760 card?
Lol, never. As said above, it's still 2 gb, so you would be downgrading.
Also no watercooling.

If you keep your 780 and the cash, save a little more and buy another 780?

If you get the ASUS Retard MARS then you're stuck with what is basically a slightly worse GTX690 (2 year old card) with limited VRAM.

Really not worth it IMO.

It was my 780 + cash so it looks like a definite no going on the replies.

Wish someone would sell a decent 780ti on the MM!

I don't want to flash my card as it could be up for sale very soon.

Id save an add an other 780 maybe even a second hand one if your on a budget, the performance increase would be a lot more in 780 SLI than one 780ti

Never really wanted 2 seperate cards, scaling issues in a small selection of titles, much higher power usage, would need a new PSU most likely. Another 780 + PSU would be around £400-500, selling my 780 and buying a ti would be £150-200. The ti seems to be anywhere from 10-20 fps better than a 780 which is pretty good tbh.
