Why do you want that specific motherboard?
Due to it being BTF and installing in a BTF case.

That's fair. Sick motherboard and if you want the BTF feature, that's cool.
I would contact sales directly as I image this would be a special order item. I can't see stock anywhere which makes me think that this was an ultra low volume item that was more of a marketing effort than anything else.
Other brands have done the same with ultra high end motherboards that they make maybe less than a 100 of, send most of them to Youtubers and keep half as RMA stock for the say 40 that they sell to retailers.

I've found stock of 1 but it's on a competitors website and it's £870.
