Asus rog pg279q help dead pixels

Was using this screen for awhile now all of a sudden I have two dead pixels two black dots

the device is now out of warranty only by a few months Asus won’t assist is there anything I can do to try and fix them.

Yeah I’ve tried all the pixel tricks and they’re usually for stuck pixels ie either blue/green or red but these are black so actually dead just can’t believe two appears over night and they’re central.

Thought ASUS would have some sort of goodwill
