Got my new mouse last week and have been having intermittent problems with it since.
Occasionally the buttons don't work but the cursor still moves. Sometimes a restart sorts it, other times i've had to uninstall/reinstall the driver.
Occasionally both the buttons and the cursor don't work. Again a restart might solve it or I will need to uninstall/reinstall the driver to get it working again.
I've tried all the USB ports on the machine both 2.0 and 3.0 all have the issue. I've tried the 1.20 and 1.25 drivers for the mouse.
I can't repeat the issue at all. It can happen at anytime. Gaming, youtube, browsing. Some days it works great and others it's right from the moment I switch on the PC. I'm lost.
Anyone got this mouse and had a similar experience or know of a fix ?
Also I chucked out the box day 1. whats my chances on RMA without it if this isn't fixable ?
