I'm thinking of a rebuild, and wanted to go Z690 and preferably an i7-12700K, and the Asus ROG Strix Z690-A Gaming Wifi struck my eye.

According to the Asus website:

it's clearly DDR5. But according to Overclockers (https://www.overclockers.co.uk/asus...ntel-z690-ddr4-atx-motherboard-mb-6gz-as.html) it's DDR4.

I've been trying to find reviews online, but the ones I have found all say it's DDR4. Are there two versions of this motherboard?

Also, what does "Bluetooth v5.2 hardware ready" exactly mean?

Yes.

It means that you can use BT 5.2 devices when using Windows 11.

Heres the DDR5 ASus profile

The general rule of thumb is that manufacturers now state DDR4 (or for Asus D4) when it is DDR4, DDR5 doesn't say anything.
