Hello, I am buying this monitor and wanted to know if you guys think this is black light bleeding or ips glow, thanks.

IPS glow probably they always suffer it around the LED, its easy to tell which is which. If you look at the "glow" straight on and it disappears but then move away from it and it gets more evident its IPS Glow, if no matter where you look at it the lighter part doesnt change its BLB.
