Looking at these two laptops. Use will be gaming, 3d rendering and office use.

Do you think the RTX 3080 over 3070 and an extra 16gb ram is worth an extra £200?

3080 is average 19% faster than the 3070 and 16gb more ddr4 makes it not a bad upgrade for £200.

Thanks - that's what I'm leaning towards.

I had read some reviews saying the 3070 was the sweet spot between performance/cost, but I think this was back when there was a larger difference in cost between the two. Plus as you say the extra ram is nice.

Yeah it is crazy it doesn't have a webcam - especially for a laptop that came out post pandemic!
