Hi All If i want to change the B.T Hub 3 to the Asus RT-N56U Wireless Router what type of cable do i use to connect it to the B.T Modem ? Do i use the red cable that is plugged into the B.T Hub that says B.T Infinity or do i use a Ethernet cable ? can someone tell me how i connect it ? I have heard it works great with B.T Infinity am i right ?

I've never used infinity, but I'd imagine that this red cable is just an ethernet cable, is it not?

I googled this a while ago, I remember something coming up about the plug/socket/cable being strange? Not very helpful I know but it should be easy to find on google

oh okay i,ll just use the red cable and see what happens :)

It will just be a normal cat5e or cat6 eternet cable. The colour scheme is to just make it easy for newbies, and speed up their 'checklist' for diagnosing problems
