Asus router network service filter blacklist query

I've got the following configuration set up on one of the routers to block a particular machine from any web traffic between certain hours:

I'm testing this out and it doesn't seem to work, I assume I'm missing something here. Has anyone used the blacklist feature and could possibly shed some light?

You've got the ports in the wrong 'Port Range' field. You need to use the far-right 'Port Range' field.

Left = incoming
Right = outgoing
