Asus Sabertooth P67 and Frio fan

I've just built a new system around a Asus Sabertooth P67 and a SB 2500K. My CPU cooler is a Thermaltake Frio, which has by default a 120mm fan. I've plugged the fan into the motherboard. Is this the correct thing to do? Is it ok to run the Frio's 120mm fan from the Sabertooth?

Plugging the fan into the board is fine.

As above, plug it into the CPU_FAN header.
