asus silent square help

right ive jus bought an asus silent square and keep reading that the fan speed is 1800rpm, yet ive been checkin and mine appears to be runnning at a poor, 600/700.....ive had to turn the warning off on the bios in order for it to boot, however the temp of my cpu stays at 40 degress so its obivously not damaging the cpu, is there a particulare reason for it not spinning its full speed

dont worry about it mate it should speed up as the cpu gets warmer - mine is the same.

cheers, i thought it might be the case as i have noticed that my cpu temp never does seem to rise what so ever, even running a few apps + games at the same time...guess the fan spins up quicker and keeps it runnin the same temp
