Asus Striker Extreme & E6600

Hi everyone, I found a tutorial on overclockers before from a member who overclocked a q6600 to 3.46 and i was able to do the same with my e6600 but I reset my cmos by mistake and now cant not find the guide again to get to such levels

I have:

Asus Striker Extreme
E6600
4GB Crucial Balistix 8500 (i think or 8400)
Gigabyte 8800GT

Can anyone help please, the guid showed me all voltages and everything.

I found the guid with davidQ's help but it wont work, the only thing i have different is as follows:

Old:
Asus Striker Extreme
E6600
2GB Crucial Balistix 6400
XFX 7900 600M XXX 256MB

New:
Asus Striker Extreme
E6600
4GB Crucial Balistix 8500
Gigabyte 8800GT 512MB

I tried the guide twice incase i made a boo boo but nope, as soon as i enter the details and save to reboot the computer wont boot again. So I had to reset the cmos again, any help anyone?
