Asus strix 1070 ti coolers speed

I have a problem with coolers speed controller on my
Asus GeForce GTX 1070 Ti (ROG-STRIX-GTX1070TI-A8G-GAMING): after coolers enabling(by default they wont spin if GPU temp is lower that 55°c) they are spinning at the 100% all the time, even after temp go lower than 55°. If the start spinning they won't stop till pc shutdown(reboot doesnt help).
I tried different drivers versions and tried to control spinning speed with GPU Tweak|| and msi afterburner but nothing work, 100% coolers speed all the time

You are using MSI Afterburner to control fan speed yes ? ie you're setting the fan speed yourself ?

You can also set Fan Speed Profiles in Afterburner .

I tried MSI afterburner and and Asus GPUTweak|| but nothing work.
I tried setting speed by myself and tried all modes from gpu tweak

I would get rid of Asus GPUTweak , and then try again with afterburner

+1 uninstall Asus software, reboot and try afterburner again

They must have been conflicting, set a custom fan curve. I always have 30c - 30%, 50c - 50% and so on then see how you get on
