Be carful which OS you have as you got to pick right one. This is a exe and installs it self. It will beep or make a funny noise and restart your PC.
As always with bios Only do it if you need to. If you have no problems don't do it. Saying that I have done it. The only reason why I didn't because I was having problems and thought what the hell. It updated fine though but problem was still there until I figured it out what it was. Card is fine still though.
As said be carful if you don't need to don't do it as there no going back to old bios.
